The use of conventional animal testing to determine how medications affect a biological system comes with many challenges. In recent years, variety techniques achieve these goals were presented, one is cell line creation technology that has dramatically increased in usefulness and efficiency drug discovery researches. Cell culture the term used describe removal cells from an or plant their subsequent cultivation lab setting. Caco-2 model commonly early stages make decisions about permeability and/or absorption tested chemicals. It obvious novel 3D models offer enormous potential for disease modeling medication efficacy safety assessment. However, challenges provided by inherent traits variants inter-laboratory methods have led development irreducible data. These restrictions impact on extrapolation preclinical research results clinical investigations drug-drug herbal-drug interactions.
